The customer service automated answering system is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
During the opening hours of the company, incoming calls are managed by an automatic language responder, which, depending on the customer's selection, routes the calls to the selected group.
The customer service operates with VISIA Imaging clients, and it's not been designed for the final users, whom have to refer to the authorized dealer.

During the absence of an operator, incoming calls are forwarded to an automatic responder with the possibility to leave a message. The voice message is sent by mail to the firstname.lastname@example.org box with the caller number and message (wav). A ticket is automatically opened, and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
The service is provided in accordance with the technical organizational measures, adopted in relation to the GDPR 679/16 EU. All the VISIA relationship specific aspects with the Customer, are to be specified in the signing of the appointment letter to the data processor manager.
